I offer professional consultation and coaching services to support individuals and organizations with their practice, business, or mentorship needs.
These services may support:
Helping Professionals (including therapists or other types of helping professionals) who would like consultation or mentorship services to support their consideration in becoming a therapist, learning a certain type of therapy, or are looking for knowledge regarding working in the areas of specialty in which I have experience.
Academic organizations or corporations who are looking for support for their employees, students, or other group connected with their organization.
Coaching for individuals (adults) to support their personal, work, and professional lives.

Quick Questions & Clinical or Business Consultation
Quick Questions
Sometimes a full hour of consultation is not necessary and you may just have a “quick question” that you’d like to address. However, answering these questions takes time and consideration.
Please note that I do not offer consultation over email.
My Quick Question fee allows for you to get thoughtful answers to your questions in 15 minute segments.
Quick Question Fee: $100 for segments of 15 minutes or less (30 mins is $200; 45 minutes $300 etc.)
Clinical Consultation on Areas of Specialty
I provide consultation to mental health clinicians or other professionals that find consultation around these areas valuable. Several of the areas I can provide consultation on are the areas of treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and self-esteem. My treatment approach specialties are:

Personal Consulting & Coaching for Individuals

I offer non-therapeutic consultation and coaching appointments to individual adults who feel they are either not in need of psychotherapy, or are looking for a supportive adjunct service in addition to their therapy.
Individual coaching or consultation is neither a health treatment nor psychotherapy, but can support individuals in their personal, work, and professional lives. Individual Coaching Services can involve:
Exploring Your Archetypes and Personality
Enneagram
Myers-Briggs
Archetypes from Depth & Jungian perspectives
Schema Coaching-identifying your schema/worldview patterns
Brainspotting Coaching to support personal or professional goals

Hourly Consultation: $400
90 minute Intensive Consult: $600
